Attaching large files to an email can cause problems; recipient mailboxes may reject emails over a certain file size. It's also difficult to password protect files. FileStore allows you to upload your files to files.rcp.sg. It will send you the links to these files in an email which you can then forward on to your recipients. You can password protect files individually or the entire folder.
File Store has been decomissioned. Please use Microsoft Teams instead. If you have any issues with Microsoft Teams, please contact the ICT Department. Old files will still be accessible for a period of time before being deleted for security purposes.
